Return & Exchange

  • Item must be returned within 3 days of purchase with original receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Customer to provide with name and address.
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return & Exchange Instruction

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online via post, please contact our customer care team during the hours of 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday(excluding public holidays) on either phone or email as below:

  • Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
    1. Your name.
    2. Date your order was placed, if applicable.
    3. Your Sales Order Reference Number, if available.
    4. Your tracking number, if available.
    5. Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
    6. Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.

Refund

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
  • The refunds will be reflected in your bank account 2 – 3 working days depending on the issuing bank.
  • We will refund the purchase price but the delivery cost will not be refunded.
